How We Do It

Collideoscope began with a vision from Jayson Teagle, to create a world-class talent management agency for high-profile leaders that provides them with a one-stop shop for managing their personal brands and businesses.

While spending over a decade producing and booking talent for large, global leadership events, Jayson regularly found that elite-level leaders are often too busy running their companies or countries to focus on growing the other components of their businesses like their personal brands or their speaking engagements. Or, they are done with the “leading” season of their career and want to spend their next one sharing the wisdom they’ve learned, but they don’t know how to get started. He thought, “A-list celebrities and athletes have management firms, why don’t A-list leaders?”

Jayson saw that personal brands, speaking engagements, public appearances, tribe development, social media strategy, publishing, media, product development, live events and residual revenue streams were not receiving the proactive, cohesive attention they deserved.

Over and over, he saw leaders resorting to “Mr. Potato Head-ing” their businesses together with the various players – speakers bureaus, agencies, publishers, and others – often working in silos rather than together on focused objectives for the whole ecosystem of their brand moving in an aligned, cohesive direction.

And, over and over, Jayson kept hearing leaders say “We want a personal brand, we want more speaking engagements, we want residual income, and we want someone to manage it all! We just don’t know where to start.”

Because of this, Collideoscope was born.

We hand-select leaders we believe in and admire, and that match our DNA. For all clients, we develop a personal brand that is both iconic and timeless and is built upon the balance of elegance and performance.

And then, we build their business – their whole business. For some, we focus just on speaking engagements, the core of our business. For others, we manage the whole ecosystem – everything from tribe growth and live events, to residual revenue streams.

We worry about it all, so leaders can do what they do best – lead.

We bring all the pieces together, arrange them perfectly, create a beautiful mosaic, and then shine a light on it, so their colors can shine bright for all the world to see.
